TechnoKids Inc. (“TechnoKids”) is deeply committed to protecting the privacy and security of all user data. This policy outlines our principles and practices regarding the collection, use, and protection of Personally Identifiable Information for all organizations (“Clients”) that utilize the TechnoKids educational platform and curriculum (“Services”). This document serves to assure our Clients of the robust measures we have in place to safeguard the Confidential Information entrusted to us.
Data Collection and Purpose Limitation
To facilitate the use of the TechnoKids platform, we require the collection of minimal user information.
• Data Collected
The only Personally Identifiable Information collected is the name, username, class and user’s email address.
• Purpose
This data is used solely for the purpose of:
– Creating and managing individual user accounts,
– Enabling access to our platform,
– Tracking user progress within the scope of our Services.
TechnoKids shall not use this data for any other purposes such as marketing or profiling.
Confidentiality Commitment
TechnoKids treats all user data with the highest level of confidentiality.
• Non-Disclosure:
TechnoKids will not sell, rent, share, or otherwise disclose any user Personally Identifiable Information to third parties without the Client’s explicit consent, except as required by law.
• Internal Access:
Access to user Personally Identifiable Information is strictly limited to authorized. TechnoKids personnel who require it to perform official duties in supporting and
maintaining the Services.
Data Security Infrastructure and Practices
TechnoKids employs a multi-layered security strategy to protect all user data against unauthorized access, disclosure, or loss.
• Secure Cloud Hosting
All platform infrastructure and client data are hosted on Microsoft Azure, which complies with leading global security and privacy standards.
• Datacenter Security
Our infrastructure is maintained in secure Azure datacenters with:
– State-of-the-art physical security
– Biometric access controls
– 24/7 surveillance and monitoring
• Database Protection
User data within Azure Databases is protected through:
– Encryption at Rest: All stored data is encrypted.
– Encryption in Transit: Data in transit is protected via Transport Layer Security (TLS).
• Access Control
We implement Role-Based Access Controls (RBAC) to ensure that only authorized personnel access sensitive systems.
Data Retention and Deletion
User data is retained only for the duration of the active service agreement with the Client.
Upon termination of services, Clients may request secure deletion of all user Personally Identifiable Information from our production systems.

This policy is reviewed periodically and updated as needed to reflect:
– Changes in legal and regulatory requirements
– Enhancements to security protocols and industry best practices
